The Vehicle may only be driven by the Renter or Additional Authorized Drivers with Owner's prior written consent. No person with a fictitious name, false address, false or invalid driver's license may operate the Vehicle — and if a license becomes invalid during the rental period, that driver must immediately cease operating the Vehicle.
A Vehicle recovery fee of $500 or $5/mile (whichever is greater) applies if the Vehicle is returned to a location other than the original rental office. Clutch wear exceeding 10% over the delivery percentage will be charged at $50.00 per 1% increase.
All unpaid charges are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month after 30 days from the end of the Rental Period. Renter is also responsible for all collection costs, administrative fees, and attorney's fees incurred by Owner to recover any amounts owed.
Renter agrees the Vehicle was received in good physical and mechanical condition and accepts it "as is." Renter is responsible for maintaining proper fluid levels, tire pressure, and general vehicle condition throughout the rental period, and must obtain Owner's prior consent before any repairs or service.
Renter is solely responsible for all fines, penalties, impound charges, and toll violations incurred during the rental period. Owner may also charge an additional $10 administrative fee per violation processed.
